CLOTHED LA CLIENT RENTAL AGREEMENT & CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Fittings: Items are not allowed to be used, worn or photographed during the fitting process and approval period. Items that are not returned within the 48 hour approval window will be charged the full rental fee.

Dry-Cleaning: For all items rented, a dry-cleaning fee of $25-$60 will be charged. We will be responsible for cleaning the item ourselves and you are not expected to clean the item. Please do not hand wash, machine wash or dry clean any merchandise.

LOSS & DAMAGE: Items must be returned on our original hangers. A charge of $10-$20 will be assessed for each missing hanger or tote bag. If any part of the wardrobe is lost or damaged, the replacement value will be charged for all rental items, in addition to the rental cost. RENTER assumes and shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage to the items rented from any and every cause whatsoever.

ALTERATIONS: Please let us know if you need to alter something. Some temporary alterations may be allowed.
Any items altered without approval will be charged the full replacement fee of the garment.

Holds: 24 Hour Hold Policy- If your hold is not released or communicated you will be charged fitting fees for all items.

Shoes & Jewelry- Each pair of shoes is priced between $40 to $400 WEEKLY FLAT RATE. Jewelry is priced per pull. Subsequent days will be charged as additional 24-hour periods.

PAYMENTS: All invoices must be paid within 14 Days of return date. After 14 days you will be charged a 9% late fee per week.

First Time Clients: First time clients will have an authorization fee of $1000 or more depending on the pull. Once the items are returned the Authorization hold will be released.
